  • Note: Timely contact does not guarantee cancellation if the order has been processed.



Shipping Process:

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment verification.

  • Shipping times may vary based on location, with most orders delivered within 5-10 business days after processing.

  • Confirmation emails with tracking information are dispatched from our manufacturer, CreatorStudio.



Delivery Address:

  • It is imperative to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the delivery address during checkout to prevent delays or issues.



Tracking Information:

  • Once your order is manufactured and dispatched, a confirmation email with tracking information from our manufacturer, Creator Studio, will be sent.

  • Track your order's progress using the provided tracking number on the carrier's platform.



Shipping Partners:

  • We have chosen to partner with reputable shipping carriers to ensure the secure and timely delivery of your orders.

  • While we make careful selections, certain aspects of the shipping process are beyond our control.



Theft, Damage, or Loss:

  • Genesis Apparel is not liable for any theft, damage, or loss of packages that may occur during transit or delivery by third-party shipping carriers.

  • In the unfortunate event of theft, damage, or loss, these cases are handled manually. We advise you to contact us at info@genesis-apparel.com for assistance.



Handling Cases of Theft, Damage, or Loss:

  • Promptly contact us at info@genesis-apparel.com if you believe your package has been stolen, damaged, or lost during transit.

  • While we will make our best efforts to assist you in resolving issues related to theft, damage, or loss, our ability to intervene may be subject to the policies and procedures of the shipping carrier.

RETURN POLICY

Our Return Policy has been crafted to ensure your satisfaction and fairness:


Return Period:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

  • The 14-day return period commences on the day you receive your order, as indicated by the delivery tracking information.



Condition of Items:

  • To qualify for a return, items must be unwashed, unused, clean, undamaged, and neatly packed, preferably in the original packaging.

  • We encourage you to handle and try on the items with care, ensuring they remain in a resellable state.

  • Fitting is allowed one or two times, but actual wearing of the items is not permitted.



Refund Process:

  • The initial costs of the order will be refunded.

  • Return shipping costs will not be refunded unless the reason for return is a production error, damage, or an error in delivering the wrong item.



Partial Returns:

  • If you ordered multiple items and choose to return only a portion of them, the initial shipping costs will not be refunded.



Return Authorization:

  • Initiate a return by submitting the Return Form within the 14-day return period.

  • Provide your order number, email, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason. If the return is due to a damaged item or production error, upload a photo for expedited assistance.

  • Return shipping costs will not be refunded unless the reason for return is a production error, damage, or an error in delivering the wrong item.



Return Shipping:

  • After submitting the Returns Form, check your inbox for an email from Genesis Apparel. This email, sent from our dedicated Returns Team, contains important steps for a smooth and hassle-free return process.

  • Note: The actual return address differs from the package's origin. A printable shipping label for the correct address will be provided in the email.



Inspection and Approval:

  • Once we receive the returned item(s), our dedicated team will inspect them to ensure they meet our return policy criteria.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 business days.



Exceptions:

  • Items purchased during a promotional period are refunded for the amount they were purchased for upon return.

  • The item's price at the time of purchase, during a promotional period, is the leading price.
