ORDER & SHIPPING POLICY

Genesis Apparel is the operator of (https://www.genesis-apparel.com). By placing an order through this website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

SHIPPING COSTS

  • Shipping costs are added during checkout and have a standard price of €5,25 for inland shipping (Netherlands), €6.95 for international shipping (EU). Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.

  • This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.

RETURNS

  • Because the products are uniquely produced per order, the return address is not the same as the address the order is sent from, the return address will be provided after submitting the Returns Form. Read all about our returns in our Return Policy.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

  • Placed and paid orders are put through to our manufacturer manually. Most of the time this happens a few hours after the order being placed. As soon as an order has been put through to our manufacturer, cancellation is not possible anymore. This is due to the fact that the items are manufactured uniquely per order and the production can't be cancelled.

  • If you want your order cancelled or changed, we advise you to contact us as soon as possible via e-mail or the chat. Keep in mind that this is no guarantee that the order hasn't been put through already.

SHIPPING PROCESS

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment verification.

  • Shipping times may vary based on your location, most orders are delivered within 5-10 business days after processing.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information from our manufacturer CreatorStudio.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

  • Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete during checkout to avoid any delays or issues with the delivery.

 

TRACKING INFORMATION

  • Once your order is manufactured and sent out, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information from our manufacturer Creator Studio.

  • You can track your order's progress using the provided tracking number on the carrier's platform, following the provided link in the e-mail.

SHIPPING PARTNERS

  • We partner with reputable shipping carriers to ensure the safe delivery of your orders.

  • While we choose our partners carefully, please be aware that certain aspects of the shipping process are beyond our control.

THEFT, DAMAGE OR LOSS

  • Genesis Apparel is not responsible for any theft, damage, or loss of packages that may occur during transit or delivery by third-party shipping carriers.

  • In the unfortunate event of theft, damage, or loss, these cases are handled manually. We advise you to contact us at info@genesis-apparel.com for assistance.
