RETURN POLICY

Condition of Items:

  • To qualify for a return, items must be unwashed, unused, clean, undamaged, and neatly packed, preferably in the original packaging.

  • We encourage you to handle and try on the items with care, ensuring they remain in a resellable state.

  • Fitting is allowed one or two times, but actual wearing of the items is not permitted.

Refund Process:

  • The initial costs of the order will be refunded.

  • Return shipping costs will not be refunded unless the reason for return is a production error, damage, or an error in delivering the wrong item.

Partial Returns:

  • Note: The actual return address differs from the package's origin. A printable shipping label for the correct address will be provided in the email.

Inspection and Approval:

  • Once we receive the returned item(s), our dedicated team will inspect them to ensure they meet our return policy criteria.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 business days.

Exceptions:

  • Items purchased during a promotional period are refunded for the amount they were purchased for upon return.

  • The item's price at the time of purchase, during a promotional period, is the leading price.
