Returns at Genesis Apparel
Want to return a product? First, carefully check whether it meets our return policy : it must be unused, clean, and in its original condition. Then simply follow the steps below to request and send your return.
1. Your order
After your purchase, you'll receive an email with your order and tracking information . Once your order is complete , the "Return" button will appear.
2. Return Requests
Select the product you want to return. We'll review your request and send you a confirmation.
3. Shipping Label Received
Upon acceptance, you will receive a cut-out label. Shipping costs are your responsibility , unless the return is due to a production/shipping error on our part.
4. Returning Products
Package the items securely, preferably in the original packaging with the adhesive strip. Send them by courier of your choice and keep the shipping receipt.
5. Return Processed
After receipt we will check your return.
Approved? Then the refund will be processed according to our policy.
