1. Return Period

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days from the date you receive your order (as confirmed by tracking information).
  • After this period, we cannot accept returns.

2. Item Condition

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, clean, undamaged, and in resellable condition, preferably in the original packaging.
  • Trying on items for fit is allowed; wearing them beyond this is not permitted.
  • Items that show signs of wear, washing, damage, or odor will not be accepted.

3. Non-returnable Items

  • Items marked Final Sale or purchased during promotional periods are only refundable for the amount paid at the time of purchase.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable.

4. Refunds

  • Initial shipping costs (paid at checkout) are refunded for full returns.
  • For partial returns, initial shipping costs are not refunded.
  • If the return is due to a production error, damage, or incorrect item, we also refund the return shipping cost.
  • In all other cases, return shipping is at the customer’s expense.

5. Return Process

Complete the Return Form within 30 days of receiving your order. Include:

  • Order number
  • Email
  • Item(s) to return
  • Reason for return
  1. If returning due to damage or a production error, upload a clear photo.
  2. Wait for our confirmation email with instructions and the correct return address.
  3. Ship the item(s) following the provided instructions.

6. Inspection & Approval

  • All returns are inspected upon arrival.
  • If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.
  • Items failing to meet the return criteria will not be refunded and may be returned to you at your expense.

7. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed.
  • For bank transfers, funds may take 3–5 business days to appear.
  • If your purchase was part of a promotion, your refund reflects the purchase price at the time.
