Thank you for shopping with Genesis Apparel. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully before requesting a return.

Return Period

Returns must be requested within 14 days from the date you receive your order (as confirmed by tracking information).

After this period, we cannot accept returns.

Item Condition

Items must be unused, unwashed, clean, undamaged, and in resellable condition, preferably in the original packaging.

Trying on items for fit is allowed; wearing them beyond this is not permitted.

Items that show signs of wear, washing, damage, or odor will not be accepted.

Non-returnable Items

Items marked Final Sale or purchased during promotional periods are only refundable for the amount paid at the time of purchase.

Gift cards are non-refundable.

Refunds

Initial shipping costs (paid at checkout) are refunded for full returns.

For partial returns, initial shipping costs are not refunded.

If the return is due to a production error, damage, or incorrect item, we also refund the return shipping cost.

In all other cases, return shipping is at the customer’s expense.

Return Process

Complete the Return Form within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, email, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason.
If returning due to damage or a production error, upload a clear photo.
Wait for our confirmation email with instructions and the correct return address (different from the sender’s address).
Ship the item(s) following the provided instructions.

Inspection & Approval

All returns are inspected upon arrival.
If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.
Items failing to meet the return criteria will not be refunded and may be returned to you at your expense.

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed.
For bank transfers, funds may take 3–5 business days to appear.
If your purchase was part of a promotion, your refund reflects the purchase price at the time.
